With World Mental Health Day we would like to talk about how mental health remains a key focus within Seymour, with resources available to support all our employees. We have mental health First Aiders across our sites and offices and an Employee Assistance Programme which is available 24/7 to support employee whenever they need it. I addition to this we run continuous health, safety and wellbeing campaigns and we are investing heavily increasing our Mental Health First Aider across the business.
