This week Team Seymour are celebrating Women in Construction Week!
Women in Construction Week strives to encourage the next generation of women to enter the industry. Women currently only make up around 14% of construction industry professionals across the UK, it is so important to break down the gender stereotypes and provide equal opportunities for all.
It is also National Careers Week, so we will be sharing careers from across the business including Contracts Managers, General Operatives, Training Managers, Buyers and so much more, as we continue to strive to provide inspiration and aspiration to our next generation.
