In order to move the business forward, Simon Reed has been appointed as water director, with Lisa Molloy taking up the role of commercial manager.
Victoria Drummond has returned as contracts manager alongside Marcus Swinburn, who has been promoted to the position after eight years with the business.
The appointments will support Seymour as it expands further into water, highways, industrial and energy.
