In order to move the business forward, Simon Reed has been appointed as water director, with Lisa Molloy taking up the role of commercial manager.
Victoria Drummond has returned as contracts manager alongside Marcus Swinburn, who has been promoted to the position after eight years with the business.
The appointments will support Seymour as it expands further into water, highways, industrial and energy.
Simon Reed said: “The water sector is a central focus of our long-term strategy and growth plan; with the next five-year investment period, AMP8, providing the biggest opportunity to facilitate this growth.
“I’m excited to have joined the Seymour Civil Engineering team at this exciting time for the business, helping to build on our long-established reputation within the UK Water Market and leading our drive to achieve our vision to be the leading water sector specialist for our chosen key clients.”
Lisa Molloy, who also sits on the RICS and CICES boards, added: “I am delighted to be joining team Seymour where the values and ethos resonate strongly with my own and has a great positive culture.
“It is an exciting time at Seymour and I am looking forward to being part of their leadership team as we drive the business forward together, providing mentorship to the commercial department and support to both the commercial and operational staff.”
Adam Harker, Seymour managing director, said: “An essential aspect of our progress has been the reinforcement of our leadership team, achieved through a combination of internal growth and external recruitment. I am absolutely delighted by the significant additions of Simon, Lisa, Marcus, and Victoria to our team, as their expertise aligns perfectly with our strategic goals and culture. Their contributions will be pivotal as we propel the business towards further success.”
