Great progress continues at the Teeslink development in Eaglescliffe, this 54-acre scheme, delivered on behalf of Rula Developments and Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council, has the potential to create up to 1,000 new jobs and will provide development-ready industrial platforms to drive regional investment and growth.
Recent milestones achieved include:
460m of foul drainage installed and approved by Northumbrian Water
8 foul chambers installed, including connection into the NWL network
7 large-diameter surface water chambers installed (1800mm–2100mm)
130m of surface water drainage installed
415m of land drainage completed
Rain Garden drainage works now 50% complete
Phase 01/01A topsoil strip and cut operations complete (20,000m³)
Fill works progressing with swale excavation commencing this week
