National Inclusion Week highlights that an action focused approach to inclusion is needed to bring about impactful change. Ensuring a continuous pipeline of diverse emerging talent is a key challenge within the construction industry and this has never been so important with the skills gap challenge.
With the theme of Time to Act for this years National Inclusion Week, the importance of taking action on inclusion with respect, fairness, valued and ensuring all feel involved has to consistently be a main focus – it is for these reasons we are proud to have supported National Inclusion Week.
