Meet Amy Richards, Academy General Operative!
Amy began her journey with Team Seymour through the Seymour Skills Academy Gateway to Construction Programme after being unemployed and seeking universal credit, unsure what step to take in her career. Following completion of the 5-week programme, Amy was offered an interview for a general operative role at the Academy which was vacant at the time.
Amy is a great advocate for Women in Construction and hopes to continue breaking down the barriers in the future as she works her way to becoming a fully qualified instructor at the Seymour Skills Academy.
