We are proud to announce that Team Seymour VHE has secured a new contract on behalf of our client, Rula Developments.
The Teeslink Development is a 55-acre industrial and logistics park located at Durham Lane, Stockton. Rula Developments are developing Teeslink in partnership with Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council. The scheme will deliver significant regional investment, creating development ready industrial platforms.
Project Scope Includes:
Site clearance and topsoil excavation
Phased earthworks to form development plateaus
Surface water sewer diversion and new drainage installations
Extension of the site access road
Temporary drainage ditch construction
Coordination of incoming electric services and associated works
