We are thrilled to share that Luke has been promoted to the position of Construction Trainer at Seymour Skills Academy.
Luke’s journey with us began through the Kickstart and Gateway to Construction Programme as a Trainee Groundworker in October 2021. Luke had several years of experience as a groundworker but didn’t have his tickets so came to the Seymour Skills Academy. From day one, Luke showcased dedication, passion, and an incredible work ethic.
Now, as our Construction Trainer, Luke will bring his valuable experience and knowledge to inspire and guide new trainees in their career paths and contribute towards bridging the skills gap within our industry.
