Seymour were awarded the Section 278 and earthworks package for a new 26,500 sq ft Lidl being constructed on the derelict Nifco site. Site clearance and earthworks prepared the site and included the breaking out of existing footpaths and fencing. New drainage was installed across the site and tied into the existing system. The road layout was reconfigured to accommodate a right-hand turn lane and the construction of the new Section
