This two-year framework was for provision of Drainage and Asset management investigation and maintenance and included CCTV surveys, jetting, cleansing, confined space surveys, dig down repairs and small drainage schemes, backfill and reinstatement works and temporary works such as emergency pumps, traffic management, access route creation and structural linear design.
The framework primarily serviced Durham County Council but could be used by associated members of the North East Procurement Organisations (NEPO), with most works being day and fixed price projects. Smaller reactive work was undertaken using rates agreed at tender. Multiple dedicated teams delivered a variety of solutions and offering a reactive services 24 hours, 7 days a week and responding to emergency call outs within 2 hours.
