Seymour were appointed the works to install highway drainage and kerb drainage upgrading the Silverlink junction in North Tyneside. The new triple decker roundabout planned to dramatically reduce queuing time along the A19 at peak times. This multi-award winning work included main highway and land drainage, trenchless crossing undertaken by micro tunnelling techniques, sinking 3no shafts, and the installation of combined kerb drainage. Various drainage installation has included concrete pipework, inceptors, various manholes. Seymour have also undertake the installation on 3no shafts 4.5m/6m diameter shafts from 8m deep to 13.5m deep.
