Work is officially underway on the Teeslink development in Eaglescliffe, creating a new 54-acre development site with the potential to deliver up to 1,000 new jobs for the region.
Purchased by Stockton-on-Tees Council in 2021 with support from the Tees Valley Mayor and Tees Valley Combined Authority’s Indigenous Growth Fund, the site will provide 775,000 sq ft of flexible accommodation, designed to support a wide range of businesses once complete.
We are proud to be part of this exciting scheme, working on behalf of Rula Developments and Rex Procter and Partners to deliver development-ready industrial platforms that will drive significant regional investment and growth.
Giving back is at the heart of what we do. At the ceremony, we were proud to make donations to local charitable organisations The Moses Project and Three13 Training.
