As part of our ongoing Behavioural Science journey, our management teams continue to apply their SODAK training to drive positive change across our sites.
Last week, Joel, David and Bashar led an interactive workshop with one of our site teams. Operations were paused to give the team time to fully engage, share their experiences and provide valuable feedback. These insights will now be reviewed and incorporated into how we work moving forward.
