Project Description:
The term contract is for the operational maintenance and minor works associated with the sewerage system for the Tees Valley division of Northumbrian water Limited. The works are carried out under a 5 year framework agreement with the two parties working closely together.
This close relationship reduces reaction time when dealing with emergencies and identifies good engineering solutions for maintenance work. The operations are coordinated by a dedicated team of both management and operatives which includes customer care and 24 hour callout, 7 days a week.
This urban regeneration scheme is in the historic setting of the upper Saltburn promenade.
