Project Description:
This project was part of a larger scheme to restore a historic town square in the Headland area of Hartlepool. The works included the demolition of an existing building, the construction of the amenity block and the installation of all internal fixtures and fittings. The amenity block was based on the design for the Hartlepool Borough Hall which is situated adjacent to the town square.
