Project Description:
The Headland is a heritage site and Seymour Civil Engineering has completed a negotiated contract under a partnering arrangement to carry out extensive hard landscaping work to this historic area of the town using traditional materials.

The works required extensive consultation with the community who had input into selection of materials. The client had full access to our accounts.

The natural sandstone slabs are imported from India and we managed to source these directly at rates cheaper than that from regular builders merchants providing the clients with substantial reductions in material costs.
